The brain is so weird and has all these unintuitive features. But they seem largely unintuitive because pop psychological advice keeps getting things wrong, taking things at face value. I could blame society, family, or the cult I was raised in. I can still be wrong in the end.

I have deluded myself into thinking I'm gifted and talented, so of course I get frustrated when my work is not up to par to my unrealistic expectations. I see why so many relationships with me failed and without me barely learning from it. It's hard to break from a delusional framework of thought.

I agree with this, but also, regardless of monetary value, it's a display of contempt. If you're aware that people feel hurt by this dumb trend and you join in anyway, it sends the message that you don't care about them. Seems like a fair thing to get upset about.

Not to beat a dead horse but i think people who say the Malfoy trend doesnt give JKR money so who cares need to consider Gacha companies comm artists all the time and theres no link to the game or anything the art itself is a positive promotion

I would draw facesitting because I love facesitting but gosh! I get hit with a mix of feelings: not yet good enough (try anyways) feel silly asking friends if I could draw them sitting on me (just be silly or use and OC) that connection drawing my fursona with a friend's fursona that I deeply crave

Keep getting these prerequisites to engaging with my art like "gotta setup my website" or "gotta read more on this subject" or "I'll do a merely tangentially related thing" When I know I should just have a go first and share where I can if I do want to share

Last I'll post about this, but Elon Musk disagrees with me. This means I am onto something, and I feel more valid in my opinion than ever.

Some writers make stories in a way that aims to surprise themselves, even with stories that are most like their own. There is a lot that is unknown to ourselves about ourselves, and that can be scary.

I see what's wrong, we need an Ai to replace the Human as a Consumer too. So, the circle gets closed.
