FWIW, today's release of androidx.transition:transition-ktx:1.7.2 seems to have had issues. No POM exists at those coordinates. androidx.lifecycle:lifecycle-runtime-desktop:2.12.0-alpha04 had a similar problem which cleared up about a half-hour ago.

Hey, I just sent out jetc.dev Newsletter Issue #329! Compose Multiplatform `1.12.0`! New Remote Compose and Glance artifact groups! Cross-platform page curls! Streaming Kotlinx HTML via Molecule! And... what does Material3 have against the rich?!? jetc.dev/issues/329 #JetpackCompose #AndroidDev

I released the inaugural 0.1.0 of Knosh yesterday. Knosh is a Kotlin NO-SHell coding agent harness (hence, "Knosh"), designed for "one-shot" requests. It supports supplying a full prompt or having Knosh and your chosen model perform more structured tasks, like updating KDocs in specified files.

While Knosh has a dozen tools at its disposal, there is no Bash or similar shell tool, which limits what the agent can do but limits how much trouble the agent can cause. Mostly, this is a testbed for me as I work to get open models to be useful assistants, as an alternative to the frontier models.

When I started my Jetpack Compose newsletter (jetc.dev), I got a few comments to the effect of, "um, why?". Once Compose was announced, I expected that this day would come, which is why I started the newsletter early. #ComposeFirst #ViewsRecedingIntoTheDistance
