Recently scrapped Netflix for charging more and giving less. Amazon is next. From A$79 to A$99 because apparently I'm getting more. All while saying "Only the price is changing, everything else will stay the same." Fuck Amazon and fuck Bezos. After 8 years, you've lost me baldy.

Sad to see people losing their jobs at Netflix. Just last week I cancelled my sub' after 8 years with them. They were giving me less of what I wanted to see and charging me more for it. Maybe they need to look at the demographic a little more closely and make stuff people want to actually watch.

Both Hegseth and Trump want a ground war with Iran. Hegseth wants to cosplay the all American strategist, imagining himself a modern day Sun Tzu. Trump wants to stand over the coffins of dead American soldiers, playing the Weeping General, dismayed by death, but strong in the face of his people.

This is a ridiculous story. It's no different for an ICE owner. If you're out of fuel, you're out of bloody fuel. Plan better, with alternates, and include scenarios where chargers might not be available for a variety of reasons. www.abc.net.au/news/2026-09...

What is ABC trying to do here? Xenophobic much? ALL modern cars have 360° cameras, some even have cameras that record, they're called dashcams. I would get the same result "parking next to a defense establishment" in an American Jeep as I would a BYD or Leapmotor. www.abc.net.au/news/2026-09...

I, like many others, have reservations about AI. But I, like many others, also lack skills. In my case I have jokes I hope are funny, but I have never had a way to express them, because I can't draw. So I use AI. Not all AI is bad. If it can enrich lives, it can be a good thing.
