Devious and cunning on the GOP's strategy 2 ways. First, they hoped that by delaying the massive cuts until after the midterms they could maintain control of House & Senate. Secondly, should Dems get control they can try to blame them for cuts. Too bad GOP, it will fail on both counts.

From ALL indications, early voting is far above prior elections and outpacing even what was hoped for. SO, the GOPs efforts to stifle/suppress voices and votes have been an abject failure. They are finding out what democratic representation and peoples rights are all about.
