I fear this is the last "normal" day in the United States. Ever.

After the election, I switched my donations from ActBlue to the ACLU.

They have their stupid "perspectives" in the mainstream so much that we're getting at least 4 more years of Trumpism. And what is being trumpeted on Twitter is not sane conservatism. Let their ignorance die out. We have a republic to rebuild.

I would gladly listen to their ideas and views if they were presented respectfully and intelligently. But they can't do that because all they have is hatefulness and name-calling. And veiled threats (sometimes not so veiled). The "playing chess with a pigeon" analogy is spot on.

So maybe Bob Woodward should report things that he knows instead of holding them for a book. That's not journalism. That's greed. At one time, I respected him as one of the journalists that brought down Nixon. Not anymore.

The grift never ends.

James, did you mean, like: Stacking the Supreme Court with far-right justices who grant you immunity? Suppressing voters to lock in one-party rule? Getting the House Speaker to cover up crimes? Demanding recess appointments and Senate compliance? Or did your time machine just dump you in 2024?
