Bill Maher will never ask me to appear as a guest on Real Time. Stephen A. Smith will never ask me to appear as a guest on First Take. But after their friendly dinner with Donald Trump, as he pulls American support for a democratic ally Ukraine, I think everyone should boycott their shows.
