I see tons of texas plates in Colorado but I didn’t realize it’s enough plates to run texas political ads on the over the air antenna networks here and its so fucking annoying coupled with the already terrible CO political ads

There are zero commercial breaks without a gambling ad. Then you tell everyone that liberals are racists. MLB outdid themselves with the World Series commercials. Top notch viewing experience

Anschutz the fuck up amirite? (Richest asshole in Colorado funding basically every right wing initiative/candidate in CO)

The takeaway from tonight’s ABS is this is the worst behind home plate ump this series. So many correct challenges

When you are a devoted lap dog to the busted knee guy but you need to keep an eye on the spooky animatronics Tahl is assembling in the other room

Needed to fuck my brain off and watch some Nazi’s get whacked and The Large Man Alan Ritchson from Reacher is so hilarious in The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare

Ugh. Making the choice to not have your family in your life is tough, but I’m genuinely doing better despite the periodic sadness and self questioning. I turn 50 this week and a card came in the mail from my mom after 13 years not speaking. Not sure I can open it. Not sure if that’s unfair. Life man

I’m not the kind of person who can ponderously hold on to those kinds of things. I have to know or let go. But I also need to finish dinner and the first thing that goes for me be it anxiety or depression is my appetite. I probably know the right answer for me…but I don’t know if that’s the good one

Eric Bauza has sadly passed away at the age of 46, his family confirms in new Instagram post.

Rather it route from LA through the central valley to Sac and then over to SF. Also we voted for it like 2 decades ago and 🤷

So sad I lost my grandma’s pierogi dough recipe but its wonderful how common it is. It had sour cream in it and was so insanely hard to roll out cold but I’d cheat with kitchenaid pasta roller attachment

The Rick Beato interview on YouTube with Corgan is such a trainwreck of self absorbed cringe. Truly unbelievable

This excerpt from a 1994 Spin magazine story about Soundgarden (written by the legendary Jonathan Gold) is all you need to know about Billy Corgan. We are all Soundgarden guitarist Kim Thayil.

we saw QOTSA open for NIN in Sacramento where they for the first time I remember seeing stopped playing until a guy being a dick to a lady in the pit got kicked out of Arco Arena and I’m not doing a good job ignoring the Pixies opening for QOTSA at Red Rocks
