Or photos of bulldozers leveling the East Wing of the White House. Who knew that would poll negatively? 🤔

Looking forward to Trump posting more photos of his marble White House bathroom tonight.

I’m sure as the American president Trump will assure the nation that we had free and fair elections today and will demonstrate class and grace by acknowledging and congratulating the winners like the true man of character that he is.

To be clear, MAGA has reached its peak. They got their evil budget. They’re in lame duck territory. There’s nothing but retribution to come. It’s up to us to deliver it…with a vengeance!

I hear a lot of democratic members of congress say “republicans privately tell me they hate this.” Start naming names.

The Senate just passed a resolution — 51-48 — to eliminate Trump admin tariffs on Canadian imports. Four Republicans joined all Democrats in supporting the resolution: Mitch McConnell, Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins, and Rand Paul.

It's simple. Everyone in the US enjoys the protections of the Constitution - even visitors. So if someone commits a crime here, you give them due process here. You charge them here, try them here, and sentence them here. You don't deport them to an offshore torture prison.

Bernie Sanders: "I'm gonna vote no. I think the American people are sick and tired of Elon Musk, the richest guy in the world, running around, slashing Social Security, veterans programs. That Republicans are moving for massive tax breaks and cutting Medicaid ... you gotta draw a line."

Looking at you, @schumer.senate.gov

AOC: It is almost unthinkable why Senate Democrats would vote to to hand the few pieces of leverage that we have away for free when we've been sent here to protect social security, protect medicaid, and protect medicare.

Received a letter from POTUS today purporting to remove me as Commissioner and Chair of the FEC. There's a legal way to replace FEC commissioners-this isn't it. I've been so fortunate to serve the American people and stir up some good trouble along the way. That's not changing anytime soon.

Hi all, We’re still here at OPM. We have a situation where we MIGHT, and I do mean, MIGHT have four of Elon’s people blocked from the building. Can we get press or a member of Congress down here? We’ve blocked them for two hours and they keep coming back and trying to go in.

This was nothing less than a bloodless coup. Totally illegal. Democratic senators and congressmen need to get in front of a microphone today and every day to denounce this atrocity. Look away now and risk American democracy. We are on the precipice.

I won't be live-tweeting the inauguration. Mainly, because I have no intention of watching even one second of it.

There is no government department called DOGE. It’s a made up, non-existent entity. A serious journalist would point this out clearly in the first sentence of the story. Shameful.
