A 2025 Nobel Prize winner in chemistry, Omar Yaghi is the son of Palestinian refugees who grew up in Jordan. He just left the US to move to China after raising concerns about rising anti-immigrant sentiment, like the kind shown here. donmoynihan.substack.com/p/china-than...

RFK: "There's five hundred million Arabs in the world. And yet they don't produce science. They don't win the Nobel Prize. They don't win the Fields Prize. They don't win the Wolf Prize. They don't produce literature."

After all of the talk about Kenneth Walker’s return, Seattle stuck to their defensive identity: Two high all day, zero snaps of base D. They’re incredible against the run—and it starts up front with the DL.

What’s remarkable here isn’t just the sentiment, which is obviously weird and depressing, but that a media trained executive who has been doing interviews for decades thought this was an anecdote that would land well.

The Chiefs had 11 first downs tonight -- their fewest in any game ever started by Patrick Mahomes (153-game sample). Dominant performance by the Seahawks defense.

No player has won back to back Offensive Player of the Year since Marshall Faulk in 2001. Right now, JSN should be the favorite.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba is again on pace for a historic season. Just ridiculous stuff from him every week.

Some Kenneth Walker III stats from tonight: - lowest success rate of the season (29%) and yds/carry (2.6) - lowest rate of stacked boxes (7%) - lowest number of explosive runs (0) Seattle’s defense, man 😮‍💨

Chiefs have played a lot of man coverage this year, but I wasn’t sure how much Spags would call vs JSN. So far all 3 of his completions have been vs man. Might need to adjust.

Just noticed that in addition to Gibbs and ASB doing their little footwork Jamo is also dancing, every time I watch I notice something new

Packers came into this week 1st in the NFL in EPA/play vs slot targets. 7 of Amon Ra St Brown’s 8 targets have been when he’s been aligned wide. Good game planning by Detroit.

The Rams put up 28 points in the first half and Matthew Stafford averaged 3.2 air yards per attempt. The Rams have some physical skill guys but still…that’s a rough look for the Raiders D.

Nice blitz pick up by Gibbs on the deep over to Williams. Mentioned on the preview GB would attack him in pass pro and he did a great job there.

The Browns recorded 202 yards after the catch today, according to NextGenStats—the most they’ve put up all season and the 4th most by any team.
