NEW: In a heartbreaking declaration, a gay Guatemalan man ("OCG") tells a federal judge about his tortured life in hiding since DHS unlawfully deported him to Mexico without a reasonable-fear interview (he's now in Guatemala). storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

Feels pretty crummy to get less than 30 downloads for my completely free #LGBTQ #fantasy fairy tale. Like damn, can't even give this stuff away? Please consider downloading it, if only to make me feel better 🥺 it literally doesn't cost you a thing. books2read.com/b/luridalr 🖋️📚

Definitely recommend! Quick queer read. Great Debut Novel! @netgalley.bsky.social #booksky #queerbooks

legal hrt is getting squashed out this year, full stop. try to get your cis friends to understand this is genocidal in intent. people will die and they know it and they want it and these orgs are willing to allow that so they can continue to operate as sycophants.

This was the cutest read! Only took me about 2.5 hours to read. Found it to be a great palate cleanser reading wise. Cute cozy found family fantasy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 Releases April 15th, 2025 @netgalley.bsky.social @jpennerauthor.bsky.social #booksky #bookreview

And the escapism continues! Thankfully with mostly all great reads! #booksky

Wow it’s like I’m trying to escape reality and reading helps me. At 34 books so far this year. Last year I read 32 in total… #booksky

The American people have risen up and they are PISSED AS HELL. #HandsOff

West Coast numbers are coming in, and estimates have now surpassed 5 million. People are still pouring into the streets—nearly 2% of the American population is rising up. America, we are so proud of you. You did it.

🏳️‍🌈 Cheers to Mayor Shaundel Washington-Spivey. #BlackExcellence #GayExcellence #LGBTQHistory

I’m just sayin’. St Augustine FL is a town of 14,000. In a red county. And we’re doing this. #handsoff #50501 #April5 AND we have some spicy signs!

Today we march—nationwide! Join us and make some good trouble!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ Go read it! It releases April 29, 2025 Thank you @netgalley.bsky.social and @macmillanpubusa.bsky.social for the audio arc! I listened to this for the #transrightsreadathon and I’m so glad I did. This book is HOT and a great story. Non-binary rep done well! Sapphic steam 🔥🔥🔥

Cory Booker just gave the longest speech in the history of Congress and concluded by apologizing to everyone who had to stay up all night keeping the chamber open and operating.

#booksky #legendborn #bookreview I know I’m behind the trend in this one. Tracy Deonn, you’re incredible and I cannot wait to read the rest! The way she intertwines grief/loss, racial and generational trauma, what it is to be a woman in a man’s world…finding oneself. Incredible! Go read it !!!

#transrightsreadathon #queerbooks #booksky Great story about Mexican culture, Mariachi culture, queer identity/pride and grief/loss. This book gave me a lot of feels! Rey’s trans identity is done beautifully and I was so proud of him! Go read this book!

Hey if you don’t already, go follow me on ig and tik tok! Please? I’ll return the favor 💖 #booksky www.instagram.com/reel/DHzSRfN... www.tiktok.com/@chronicread...

Second RA med I’ve had an allergic reaction to in less then a month. They both are meds I took years ago with no issue. Wtf I just want to feel well 😔 #chronicillness #spoonie

If the White House is insisting that there was no classified or secret information in the Signal chat, does that mean Jeffrey Goldberg can publish it all?

What you have to understand about Pete Hegseth copying and pasting war plans into Signal is that it almost certainly means he’s got classified documents on his personal UNSECURE devices. Signal isn't on a secure device...are our war plans on his personal devices? @jeffreygoldberg.bsky.social

I just finished Legendborn… I am speechless. I need Bloodmarked in my brain immediately! Tracy Deonn you’re incredible #booksky

⚡️FIGHT THE OLIGARCHY RALLY ⚡️ STARTING TOMORROW. Nevada. Arizona. Colorado. You, me, and Bernie. Dem and GOP districts. ❤️💙 See you there 💪🏽🌞

This is a coup! U.S. Institute for Peace called the DC police on the Musk team members in an effort to stop them from trespassing because the institute has control of its own building and the land it sits on. But instead, the DC police allowed them to enter and kicked out the institute’s officials.

I know this first hand. When I was a child, my entire community was branded as spies and sabateurs, justifying our internment inside barbed wire camps for years without due process, trial or charge.

#romance_con Who is going in September!? Shout out some authors I need to prioritize to get signings/purchase books from. I already have a list of the authors of queer books I want to make sure to meet. Wondering if any non-queer stories are high on anyone’s list for this con. #booksky
