if you enjoy free yuri fiction you owe it to yourself to read my dear friend madiha's collection of butchfemme detective stories. they're incredible works of lesbian eros, romance, and emotion through a breathtaking collection of cases about the beautiful feelings women share.

“Detective– I wanted to thank you too–” Klara said. She started to hold out her hands– Mona reached out and shook Klara’s hand. As if to preempt the possibility of a hug. “No need. Just tell all your friends to choose ‘Inquiries and Actions’ in the future.”

Did you hear about the haunted house movie made up entirely of edits of hundreds of other horror movies you only get to see if you email the director at the address in his letterboxd review for the movie? It’s pretty gooooooooooood boxd.it/gZi4Pv

boxd.itA ★★★★★ review of Family Go to the Bad House (2026)Horror movies are so fucking good is the thing. Even the bad ones. Sometimes especially the bad ones. This movie understands this so even when it’s pulling from absolute dogshit I’m gonna pop for it. ...

when women get together or start dating early in the series and then from then on its just the relationship deepening and changing. shockingly rare! i tire of dames starting to date in the last chapter or timeskip finales that skip past interesting early relationship stuff!e

hark! ask about yuri.. or anything else idk... grant mine thine curiosities... bellwoods.straw.page

even just in het romance manga its baffling to me how much chapter space is devoted to will-they wont-they type of antics. don't be a coward let the status quo change and develop in meaningful ways!!!!!!!!!! why is it such a draw... baffling....

dandadan well and truly lost me when it introduced reason #5382728 that momo and okarun couldn't start dating despite both of them being in love and knowing they're in love. are you a moron. what do you mean she lost her memory. you're so stupid. you make a bad manga and it gets worse every chapter.

CASCADE is holding a toy gun to the back of my head, and I've already put down my pen and raised my hands in surrender.

the funniest aspect of railgun and spin-offs is the omnipresence of 'skill-out' which is basically just the academy city version of skyrim bandits that are completely morally fine to kill on sight. because misaka mikoto needs an excuse to use her railgun power even when the actual plot is in a lull.

why is there a bandit mob harassing schoolgirls in dark alleys in the utopia future city setting? because otherwise there would be no beam attack opportunities outside of yuri moments. and misaka needs them for her enrichment. they probably just release them from cages whenever she goes on a walk.

it's like not even an actual threat to her she just needs an excuse to kill like a dozen people or she starts getting twitchy.

#1) The Chrono Jotter My favorite yuri visual novel ever. The most loving depiction of schizophrenia I ever did see. Ran Ibuki lives in my heart and soul and I'm always thinking about her and everything she does and believes. She's incredible and the games perfect- buy it rn.

yayyy im glad you're enjoying it!!!! ran ibuki has nothing wrong with her. if you were paying attention you would notice that she says "I'm normal." which is how you know she's fine and good!

the paranoid schizophrenia and bipolar disorder doesn't actually make ran less normal. she's completely normal and regular. don't even worry about it.

all we know about geza ii at the moment is that she crawled up from beneath the earth, conquered the world, lezzed out with witches crazy style, made sure everyone knew how to create dollgirls, and then Something. which i think, is a really beautiful resume, for any woman,

mona is also a weird little creature who wormed her way out of flesh and dirt and she is lezzing with one (1) witch and has created one (1) dollgirl so... much to do, detective....

mona when she's confronted with the option to take out futurist pawn yegorova (The Journalist)

kim reposted

people keep comparing mona to geza ii because they're both strange handsome lesbian creatures but mona doesn't take that as anything indicative of being part of a bigger culture or history because she just doesn't want to be hungarian.

mona has three paths before her for defining her 'identity in the wider world': HUNGARIAN (assigned by immortal women), JEWISH (mom was and used her blood in mona's revival golem-style), INHUMAN CREATURE FROM THE DEPTHS OF THE LIVING EARTH ( scary and also completely accurate)

sad soup sipping yegorova making big sad eyes at mona

Mona had soup a few times a week, often made with meat paste or chicken bones depending on what was cheapest at the Tversky. This in itself elicited some pity from Ruthenians who knew her– “only a few times?”

'The Detective' being an amalagamized idea of fictional detectives in serials Mona has read that weighs her down and forces her to shut her feelings away is so compelling. and the points in the story where it's capitalized because she's trying to inhabit this role imperfectly...

mona and murati getting into arguments because euphemia's a bothersome aunt to murati but the unshakeable mother figure to mona. who would win.

Euphemia smiled broadly and indulged in a little chuckle. She really had a way with people; it was like she could read Murati’s thoughts. And then say the most annoying thing possible.

murati: isn't it frustrating when she's so confident she knows something you don't but just smiles instead of explaining it? mona: (uncomprehending) she's a perfect existence. of course she knows everything. i treasure everything she tells me. murati: hrm.

mona having a lotta scarring on her wrists is gonna provoke a lot of conversations with women in her life and im not really sure how well they'll all take "I'm doing bloodletting at scheduled times twice a week to awaken the dollgirl i keep locked in my basement who needs my blood to survive".
