Progress! Used a CGA card instead of the IBM MDA card but it POSTed! RAM issue. 2 chips gone bad! The MDA card either has issues or the Commodore 1950 can't display MDA (I think it can). Breadboard video cable. The keyboard needs fixing, it lights on boot but then not responsive & throws an error.
