The growing Republican resolve to fire Kristi Noem is strange to me considering she’s doing everything they expected her to do when they hired her.

I’m pretty sure that Noem didn’t come all this way to see a quiet city on a beautiful day while people are at work. I worry that her story is already written, and no matter what she see, she’ll talk about “violent unrest” in the near future. They’re trying to build a case regardless of facts.
