While I love the combat and the level design choices made in Control Resonant, I get so turned around and frustrated by some of the maps in it, especially in the Unknown, that it makes me cuss. I'm powering through to the end, but I don't think it is my GOTY.

Part of me really wants to be hopeful. The overriding, cynical part makes me feel like this is the first step for them going after Sunrise for having a competing product after pressure. I'm seeing "we won", but we need to wait and see what the prize actually is.

This is a cool idea that I'm willing to bet will be derided loudly by people who will never use it and were never going to use it anyway.
