Zarindal without her memories that Solas was hiding would say watching her parents get murked by Carta and setting her path as an orphan and eventually into the Crows. Lucanis however would disagree with that statement wholeheartedly and knows better. He doesn't agree with Solas, but understands why

Zarindal will use sweetheart and dear fairly regularly in various languages. *Despises* being called 'pet' as it was often used as an insult, calling her Viago's pet, and trying it is a good way for poisoned knives to come out.

There's possible one shots planned now for the pirate campaign for us to come back to it, as well as a character retirement quest planned for my PC wherein she's been suggested the idea of True Polymorph to be able to become a dragon so she can stay with Heronbone.
