Happy Heavenly Birthday Patrick Cowley Creator of the “San Francisco Sound” a musician and producer who died in 1982 of AIDS related illness. Cowley forged an electronic sound so new and exciting that it shook the foundations of dance music for years and is still influencing current artists.

Stephen was a huge part of Australian video history, building his own videosynthesiser and operating Heuristic Video in Syndey. He will be greatly missed.
