Hey Seattle Times…on page A11 of today’s Sunday paper you published a misleading advertisement from the Washingtonpolicy group. It states that Seattle has highest income tax in the nation. To be clear this is only for individuals earning over $1M annually, about 3% of the Seattle population.

Ken Martin misses the point and needs to listen to their constituency instead of a “We know what’s best for the party”. I think the real reason for DNC not sharing the report: information and feedback that would be political fodder for use against Democrats. podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/p...

Kinda of stinks that you can’t watch Sounders Concacaf with a MLS subscription on Apple. It’s on FS2 which is another expensive subscription. Seems like we as consumers have lost a lot with these new subscription models. I much prefer the older TV station model with our own team announcers.

GOP budget…cuts to Medicaid…lower taxes for ultra-wealthy…increase the deficit. It will not jump start the economy. So many will be left behind. Americans know the GOP congress is a sham that does not represent their interests. We will hold them accountable.

I may be tired and a little hoarse, but as I said again and again on the Senate floor, this is a moment where we cannot afford to be silent, when we must speak up.
