My son and I had a conversation this morning, and with his urging, we will wear our masks at work specifically but on public generally (we're both school bus aides and he's caught 3 big headcolds since last summer) this is a human that got perfect attendance in all his school years.

I've been sick for 3 weeks, a sore throat that became a sinus infection (my 1st ever and I'm 67) I'm on a 2nd round of antibiotics. The holiday..well I slept thru it. One of my oldest friends showed up yesterday with 2 qt of ck noodle soup and crackers. I feel like I hit the jackpot!

My 3rd and last interior door is up ( I'm 67 and have never done this which included cutting out the hinge spots . I needed help with the 1st but did the others..now staining..

Just pu my interior doors at Lowes & had a "careful" conv with an employee (they're warned not to engage which makes sense) but they said the tariffs are GOOD because it'll force our country to manufacture the items we get from overseas. Hm.. How long will THAT take? My lifetime? BTW, Tea anyone?

My afternoon shift (schoolbus aide) was so LOUD. I told my driver I was gonna drink tonight Got home, my son had made dinner (ok so he doctored up some ellio pizza but it counts) I put more time on my new "walking pad" Opened a book Now 4 hrs later I realized I forgot my beer Ah well tomorrow..

Just got back from my 6m ck up for what I jokingly refer to as my pill dr ( for my hormone block meds) All my number where great and I see them again after my next dexa scan due in June I suspect they expect bone density to have taken a hit..but I've been walking..so.. Ah the post cancer life..
