The death of this man should be highlighted for how the GOP has always run cover for predators if it suits their political ends. As Trump becomes less popular and closer to the end of his reign of power the GOP is going to pivot and act as if part of his governance was an aberration. It is not.

Dennis Hastert — the former House speaker who was later sentenced to prison time over hush money payments made to cover up sexual abuse of teen boys — has died at age 84.

March 5, 2015. Not only was it the first night that I ever saw Pac live it was also the moment when I realized that he was one of the best wrestlers that I ever saw. Him and Claudio tore down the house and made me a believer. RIP Pac very few could even come close to holding a candle to your talent

Today we honor Buffalo Calf Road Woman of the Cheyenne Nation who knocked Custer off of his horse and then hit him with a club before his bitch ass died. 30 year old woman did that. Then she turned around and saved her brother.

Omega vs ZSJ like every time I think man Omega has lost a step I’m reminded he makes everything look like a real battle that he squeaks out #forbiddendoor

When George W Bush won re-election in 2004, he said: “I earned capital in the campaign, political capital, and I intend to spend it.” I’ve waited 20 years plus for a Dem to take a similar approach to spending capital. Tonight we saw Zohran Mamdani do it. 3 for 3, about to be.

scouts in 2001: this is Lionel Messi. at 14, he’s a god with the ball. he has the best eye for passing in football history and his left foot is a holy relic that locals touch to cure their ailments. his only problem is that gravity hates him and he’s the same height as Yoda

After this segment aired they decided E3 couldn't possibly get any better so they just canned the whole thing.

June 13, 2019 The last minute. Of the last segment. Of the last night. Of the last E3.

I'm not actively rooting against the Knicks because I actually really like the team (besides Bridges and Shamet) like a stark contrast to the team I hated in 90's but, as a Pacers fan it's not in my DNA to ever to actively root for them.

I'm not as in the weeds when it comes to sports as I used to be but, it seems like some public (metaphorical) flogging needs to happen when it comes to Chris Ballard and Kevin Pritchard when comes to how they go about trade deals.

Sad that "Every accusation is a confession" has become such a cliche phrase but, here we are. The right wing always runs to accuse every one of being "paid" opposition when the next person in presidential succession has to have people be paid to show up and pretend to give a shit.

When it comes to Tucker feeling remorse for his support of Trump. This should be ignored because it's the same tone he now takes about his propagandizing the Iraq War. You don't get to pull the ripcord of contrition when you've cheerlead two multi generational disasters upon the world.

When I was a kid I sit in a 4-H Fair Board meeting where parents and the leader of the goats judging were arguing about the technicalities of goat castration and I would much rather go back to that than listen to a Pakman/Pfeiffer discussion.

A fun mental calculation I have to make on top of me moving to Canada to be the GF is if I'm able to do so before the state of Indiana executes their various terrible plans and everything really starts going to shit. It was going to happen even if things were fine but, still worth calculating in.

While I'm glad that a lot of Liberals are shifting more to our side on a lot of issues. I still can't help but to give a skeptical side eye at their natural impulse to instantly over celebrate and cheerlead whenever a former MAGA person dunks or criticize Trump. 10 years into this, calm down

This is delayed because most Marvel and really anything coming out of the Disney IP camp has lost garnering my attention day of but, we're how many episodes into Daredevil: Born Again and this past episode was the first time I'd felt even remotely like they're hitting the spirit of the Netflix era.

What was the fucking point of this address? Saying that it's going to last another 2-3 weeks and then basically pivoting to saying stop complaining all these other wars took much longer. The English language has ran out of unique ways to basically say what a piece of shit this President is.

It's been over a week since the MacBook Neo has been released can we cut it out with the "Why doesn't this $600 laptop solve all my solutions so therefore it's bad" Realize the limitations, decide if the use you want for it match that, make your decision and keep it fucking moving.

Republicans are using kids as a smokescreen for what Big Tech lobbyists want: a national surveillance program to harvest our data with zero protections for people and their privacy. We must fight this dangerous expansion of surveillance technology.
