While Trump lies about bringing prices down, headlines in all 50 states tell a very different story. Across the country, Americans are feeling the consequences of his disastrous policies and struggling to afford basic necessities.

Trump sent a New York real estate developer and his son-in-law to negotiate with Vladimir Putin. Sen. @coons.senate.govsays that decision reveals the “ineptitude and corruption at the very core of this administration.” WATCH:

Gas before Trump’s illegal war with Iran: $2.98. Gas 233 days into Trump’s illegal war with Iran: $4.30. Americans have spent over $100 BILLION more on gas in that time. No amount of juvenile idiocy from Donald Trump will distract Americans from that fact.

When you call out their corruption, President Trump and his allies don't like that. They attack you. They intimidate you. It's not going to work, because I believe this is simple. If you break the law, you should be held accountable.

One hour of minimum-wage work used to cover one pound of ground beef—with money left over. But on day 637 of Trump's regime, families can't afford beef, let alone the rest of dinner. What happened to lowering prices on day one?

Any negotiations about the future of Ukraine after years defending against Russian assault must include Ukraine. Ukraine has earned its freedom and right to determine its future—which are not for President Trump to sell out to Putin and Xi because his half hearted efforts to end the war have failed.

Why are Trump and his allies attacking me? I touched a nerve because I talked about corruption. The average person understands that the president is enriching himself and using taxpayer dollars to do it. It triggers them when you bring that up.

Trump wants an Epstein Elite golf course to replace D.C.’s affordable public East Potomac Links golf course. No place for fishing... No place for running... No place for biking... No place for walking... Hundreds of trees cut down.

American families are paying more than ever for gas, groceries, health care, and electricity while this administration has dragged the nation into a war with no clear endgame. Americans are paying the price while Trump and his family cash in billions. Via @ossoff.senate.gov

Is this what Donald Trump meant when he said we’d get “tired of winning”? Because the American people are exhausted.

BREAKING: 2026 has now seen more days with average gas prices over $4/gal than any year before: 158 days

Trump promised to end inflation. Instead, his war in Iran and failed agenda are fueling Trumpflation. Americans continue to pay the price for Trump’s love of inflation.

Trump’s economy has been a disaster for Latinos in Nevada.  Under his leadership, gas, groceries, health care, and housing prices are soaring, all while our tourism industry is declining and families are seeing fewer opportunities to get ahead. Swipe to see how much more Trump is costing YOU:

Under President Trump, the Republican agenda has failed so spectacularly that rather than touting their accomplishments, they're attempting to gaslight the American people about the scale of their failures.

Trump says that skyrocketing gas prices are a "small price to pay" for his war in Iran

DHS spent millions in taxpayer dollars on Trump campaign ads. @booker.senate.gov is right: Americans see it as more of the same corruption from the Trump administration. And Senate Republicans enabled it by blocking a bill to stop taxpayer dollars from funding political propaganda.

Trump kicked millions off Medicaid and cut kids’ food benefits to pay for tax cuts for his billionaire friends. Now he's promising $5,000 checks if Republicans keep Congress. Americans know when they’re being sold a bill of goods. Their votes aren’t for sale. @captmarkkelly.bsky.social

No matter how Trump and Republicans spin it, September’s job report shows an economy moving deeper into crisis. Higher costs. Higher unemployment. And American families are paying the price for Trump and Republicans’ failed agenda.

$20 million in taxpayer money — pulled from DHS — to run propaganda ads promoting Trump. That same money could pay the electric bills of 12 million Americans for a month. —@hassan.senate.gov

Trump's favorite word is tariffs. He loves inflation. He wants housing costs to go up. And now he's cutting funding for housing and health care research — money he already signed into law. @murray.senate.gov: "This is theft from the American people, plain and simple."

@rosen.senate.gov tried to pass legislation simply stating that Trump's trade war against Canada must end. Republicans said no. A drop in Canadian tourism. $3 billion less in U.S. spending. Hospitality workers losing shifts and tips. "This was 100% avoidable. None of this had to happen."

Americans deserve confidence that their representatives are making decisions in their best interest. Instead, Republicans are pushing a toothless stock trading “ban” — written to exempt the one person who made more trades than all of Congress combined: Donald Trump. Via @padilla.senate.gov

On the 50th anniversary of the Hyde Amendment, we cannot forget that denying Medicaid funds for abortion care has created a two-tier system that worsens systemic poverty and racism.
