I am now at that level where i add one thing and it updates all the things and creates the product-led content. Don't ask me how.

Wishing you all a chilled one, if you have an outlaw visiting, i wish you strength. This'll be the first time in 36 years where me & the mrs are not waking up with kids. They've all flown the nest. I might just wake the mrs up at 5am to go downstairs like an excited kid. Just to keep it going.

To this very day, after 25 years in online search marketing, i remind myself that the smarter people than me (real biz owners), have no idea of how to create a LinkedIn account. So HTF are they supposed to understand how search works?

Now available in Arabic & Hindi 9 languages so far. I've never translated anything into Hindi before, and, like the other languages, I have no idea how accurate it is.

I may need to tone this bot down a little.

We're new around here. This is an automated ManFlu bot created by @devs.uk It's just a bit of light-hearted fun; the app itself provides fun, supportive content for this devastating, life-threatening condition. Currently available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Chinese and Japanese.

I foresaw the AI/LLM slow picking at everything we've built, as SEOs, as content creators. There's two things it still can't do (despite easier automation).

Build relationships. I've tested this to the hilt. Also, Technical SEO, (my forte), you can't vibe code all & everything or replace an experienced tech SEO. It will never mark the X

A tool I always wanted for comparing competitor features with a client's offerings, not just to see where the feature gaps were, but also to understand where the client could catch up or excel. So i've built it. gapnix.com

Fun (painful) SEO fact. I oversaw the (unsuccessful) migration of a very popular travel brand that was aquired by a well known financial (pay later) brand. From the outset, myself & others I worked with, said it was a very bad idea. The result? The original brand died.

But the brand aquirer SEO was adamant. Apples to oranges, never works. Worse still, you kill the fundamental of why the site worked. This is the beauty of SEO, we've done this a thousand times and more. Personally, i learned a dev technique. The other SEO learned lessons came true.

I may have tapped into an SEO monster. Something that satisfies the LLM listicle, and equally user intent. Reply with "SEO is NOT dead", for a link to an invoice for £120,000 English pounds*. Once paid, i'll share an Elmo GIF. *You're not getting the strategy though.

The absolute race to AI dominance & dessimation of small niche sites is the snake that eats itself. The web has a finite amount of information. All the major AI players have consumed it all. The Reddit agreement comes into focus with much more clarity. Github, OpenCrawl & more, mere conduits.

There's a moon locator app on the play store that will charge you £15/week. People will & do pay for it. Never tell yourself an idea is daft.

If your approach to SEO is a band aid, a retrospective, or algorithm reverse engineering approach. You're already years behind. Test. Get out there and f%£#ing test.

I've had thousands of conversations with Alan over the years, and if you knew him, he was steadfast in his beliefs of how search works. I was one of the lucky ones that had his ear, and vice versa, we'd spur each other on, always there for each other.
