Happy Rent Freeze Day! 🏠❄️ This month, we canvassed rent-stabilized buildings in Astoria to let our neighbors know that rents are frozen on leases starting Oct. 1 (TODAY!), their rights as tenants, and how to report violations. Organized tenants mobilized to win this. It’s up to us to defend it.
