Dino Cleanup will be sitting out this #nextfest but the demo is out and ready to play! It’s a cleaning platformer full of cute dinosaurs in a paper 2D/3D style. Also, cute dinos hate AI cuz it makes the world more goopy, so I’m not using it to make this game. #solodev #indiegame #steamnextfest

I’ve gotten a couple reports of the Dino Cleanup demo crashing on some Windows machines. I think I’ve fixed it in the latest update (ver 0.2.3), so if you encountered issues previously please let me know if this fixed it!

I'm currently working on a total revamp of the hub in my game, Dino Cleanup. The game usually has a fixed camera angle, but I thought it would be really cool if the hub was built like a wheel and the camera rotated around the central Tree. Sorry for the visual glitches, it's still WIP, but wanted to know what people think of the new direction! This is a sneak peak at what the hub looks like near the end of the game; each biome gets added to the hub as you progress.

I added little dinosaur villages to the main hub of my game, Dino Cleanup. At the start of the game, they're scattered across the world by the flood of goop. As you clean levels, you rescue them and they come back to the hub! #indiegames #cute #dinosaur #cozygaming #wholesomegames #platformer

After many requests, I finally figured out how to get the ground shadow working in the water levels in my game. Now you can see exactly where you're gonna land! I played this b/c the dev was at Ai-kon and omg I'm rly excited for the full thing. my fate was sealed as soon as you gain control of the cute dinosaur at the beginning of the game and you can kind of knock over the lounge chair you were just on lmao such a small thing but it charmed me immensely
