I've not been having the best year (I say, for the nth year in a row). Among other stuff, I was diagnosed with complex PTSD recently. I've been offered EMDR therapy. But I also have medical trauma and my physical health hasn't been great, so the frequent tests etc are really doing a number on me.

I'm constantly stuck in a position of wanting to be healthy and get help but knowing that doing so will likely trigger me or (as happened earlier in the year) outright retraumatise me. I'm lucky to have a good doctor now, for the first time ever. But she's still a doctor.

Although my trauma isn't just medical trauma, it's a large part of it, and the hardest part to talk about. So on top of EMDR itself being potentially triggering, the very fact that it involves medical professionals is distressing. It all feels so shitty. I'm sick of having flashbacks and nightmares.

There is currently a petition to demand environmental impact assessments for data centres, this will include the one at Auchtertool and the other two that will be interconnected with it. I will post in the comments, please sign, it will help us to oppose these data centres being built in Scotland
