A core part of the Supreme Court’s stated rationale for gutting the Voting Rights Act is that racism isn’t a problem anymore, so former Confederate states would never disenfranchise Black voters the way those states are doing right now.

This just shows how ridiculously stupid this administration is. *Everyone* else in politics was already well aware of how politically toxic high gas prices are—they are the one thing voters notice most. For God's sake, the prices are light up on big signs on street corners for everyone to see.

So some weird facts are emerging from the "attempt" on POTUS. It seems that no one is sure where the bullet that hit the S.S. person's vest came from. They don't even know if the suspect ever fired a gun. Shot gun shells were not found, and 5 gun shots were fired by police/agents. Makes us wonder.
