Just a nobody, except to my wife and kids (well mainly my kids, especially when they need money). I’ve heard good things about this place. One of the Cup of Coffee crowd. Red Sox, Bruins, Celtics and Patriots fan.

Post a pic of the venue where you saw your first concert, and a picture of the band/ artist. Irish Rovers, January 1981, Whiting Auditorium, Flint, Michigan. It was really for my parents and their friends but they dragged all the kids along and, not gonna lie, I enjoyed it.

Shouldn't Confederate Heritage Month involve shooting Confederates and burning their cities? Smoking piles of rubble ARE their heritage, after all

Ashton Pittman@ashtonpittman.bsky.social

NEW: Mississippi Gov. Tate Reeves has declared April 2025 as Confederate Heritage Month. He did so at the behest of the Sons of Confederate Veterans, a neo-Confederate organization that espouses “Lost Cause” ideology, which whitewashes the role of slavery in the Civil War. 🧵

Game 1 in the books, it was Wilyer-time proving once again that spring training stats are like points on Who’s Line is it Anyway, meaningless. #redsox #mlb #baseball #openingday

Co worker had this up in his office when I went to ask him a question, 30 years ago. He has a folders of a bunch of political cartoons cut out over the years from newspapers, he didn’t know he had this Dan Wasserman from 1995. Seem apt for today.

Lutnick workshopping his “suck up to the king” introduction remarks for his first cabinet meeting.

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

Lutnick: "I'd like to thank you President Trump. It is the greatest honor to work for you, to be with you, to carry your name, your leadership, and your flag throughout the world ... I know him as the smartest, most thoughtful, and most intuitive person I've ever met."

One of the better opening of a ESPN broadcast, Kirk Russell as Herb Brooks from Miracle giving his 1980 pre USA-USSR speech this USA team in the locker room.

The #Bruins just don’t have it this year. Same shots taken by the same player were goals last few seasons, getting stopped this season. Of course that doesn’t explain their non existent power play

Gonna start a school for politicians to learn how to go on podcasts and I'm going to charge so much money and also the entire thing is going to be rephrasing the sentence, "Now, for this next part, you're going to want to pretend like you're currently a human person."

Drive home from work for first time since daylight saving ended. Got home 10 minutes after sunset, a few more minutes I’d had have to dip into my daylight saving account, which did very well this summer with the strong economy, thankyouverymuch

Back in lovely Factoryville PA again to visit daughter at school, they have two volleyball matches tomorrow, 1st she’s played this season after being out two weeks with a mild concussion. Fun fact for the baseball crowd, Factoryville is birthplace of Christy Mathewson

Hello worl…no wait, that’s been done. Funny when you his new post it says “what’s up?” When my Dad 1st got a Facebook account he though it should say that, one of his favorite sayings.
