LOOKING FOR SPONSORS! Trying to do something much more ambitious next year but venues in Boston are prohibitively expensive. If you can help in any way or know someone who can, lmk! RTs appreciated ❤️

Didn’t make it to Cube Con this year, but got some friends together to draft one of my cubes “Illuminating History: A Magic Anthology”. Went 2-1 with Jund Ramp! #mtgcube

Played a little cube at a local brewery this afternoon. We had 7 and drafted GUT. Went 3-1 with a sweet UW Curiosity style deck! #mtgcube

The first Columbus Community Cube Fest is in the books. It was a long and exhausting day, but so rewarding! Honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. The #mtgcube community is thriving in Columbus!

53 players for our first event! We have a 1 of 1 playmat for the winner, signed by all of the participants. Also some cube flavored framed cards! #mtgcube

Tomorrow is the Columbus Community Cube Fest!! C4AC Obscura and playing @worklifevalue.bsky.social Mysterybox at Boston Cube Party last month served as inspiration for me to bring a Mystery Cube to our event. This is not an original design, but a copy of an existing, super cool cube 👀 #mtgcube

You know where the cost of a cube draft is NOT too high? With your local group meeting weekly! We've got a group in Columbus that meets every Wednesday at 6:30 at The Warp Gate! We feature a different cube every week, from Pauper to Powered and everything in between. DM for Discord link #mtgcube

Tickets are still available for the event, though we are over halfway sold out :) Check out the event page on Hedron Network for more info and ticketing hedron.network/events/cbusc... #mtgcube

We are just 9 days out from our event! In addition to our 9 main event cubes, we are offering a handful of, let’s say…more casual cubes for our evening flight of drafts. Cubecobra links in the comments! #mtgcube

Come play my cube at the Columbus Community Cube Fest at The Warp Gate on July 25th! 🐐 #mtgcube

Last day of #mtgcube reveals for the Columbus Community Cube Fest on July 25th! We are excited to be featuring Old School Blues by gifjusti cubecobra.com/cube/about/a... This nostalgia inspired cube includes cards from Alpha through Scourge, and is color imbalanced with more Blue & Black cards!

We have an old fashioned 2 for 1 today. Our 2nd #mtgcube reveal of the day is Maxim’s Tempo Cube by HereticCathar cubecobra.com/cube/about/0... Fans of Legacy Delver decks and creature combat will love this environment. Low curves, high interaction, and tight gameplay is what this cube is about!

I wanted to throw out a reminder that the Columbus Community Cube Fest is just 2 weeks away! I think we have a killer lineup of cubes, with a few left to be revealed. Tickets are still available here: www.tixtree.com/e/columbus-c... #mtgcube

The next #mtgcube reveal for our July 25th event is Vintage Cube? by aheiszler cubecobra.com/cube/about/c... Power gamers rejoice! (Despite the name, yes, this is a powered Vintage cube) The list is similar to the MTGO Vintage Cube, so not quite power maxed w/Time Vault, Demonic Consultation, etc.

Our next #mtgcube reveal is Spooky Black Halloween Graveyard, by @theintegers.bsky.social cubecobra.com/cube/about/0... With about 3x as many black cards as each other color, this cube leans heavily into black’s slice of the color pie with tons of graveyard synergies, discard, & sacrifice themes!

The next cube I’m excited to share from our event is Ikoria at Home Cube by @bigtears.bsky.social cubecobra.com/cube/about/4... This is an expanded set cube based on the themes of Ikoria. Big monsters, Humans, Cycling, Mutate, and ability counters galore. Also, original companion rules! #mtgcube

Our 2nd cube reveal for the Columbus Community Cube Fest is Scenic Display by @wh00---s.bsky.social! cubecobra.com/cube/about/d... This is a lower powered, lower complexity environment meant to resemble masters-set limited with an M15-era aesthetic! #mtgcube

Hello cubers! Hope everyone had a relaxing and safe 4th of July weekend. We have selected our lineup of cubes for our event, and think it is a great mix! First up, we are happy to be featuring The Carlsbad Cube by Fugads! cubecobra.com/cube/about/T... #mtgcube

Our weekly Columbus cube group runs a Stone Soup night about every 3 months. We had 18 last night, which is a new attendance record. We had at few Stone Soup first timers, and for another, it was their first cube night ever! I’m so proud of what we have continued to build in just over a year ❤️

18 drafters for Stone Soup night! #mtgcube

July is here, which means we are less than 4 weeks away from the Columbus Community Cube Fest! Cube lineup will be announced this week. Get your tickets today! www.tixtree.com/e/columbus-c... #mtgcube

We are about 30 days out from our first cube event in Columbus, and we have a lot of cool stuff planned! Tickets are currently on sale, and this is a capped event, so get in here! Cube submissions are open until the end of June, and the cube lineup will be announced next week. Let’s go! #mtgcube

This is so sick 🥹 #mtgcube @bostoncubeparty.com

Day 1 of Boston Cube Party in the books! Didn’t do quite well enough to land in the top 64, but I’ll be back today for a few more drafts. Meeting so many great people & having an awesome time! (Naya deck was a 🏆 in Doubleton Synergy. 1-2 with Esper in Cogwork Combo. 1-1 in Bun Magic with UR Tempo)

If you’re going to Boston Cube Party this year, you should check out The G.O.A.T. Peasant Cube. I heard the designer is a cool guy!

Some friends and I are putting on a cube event on July 25th at The Warp Gate in Columbus. Come join us for the inaugural Columbus Community Cube Fest! #mtgcube www.tixtree.com/e/columbus-c...

Some of my friends here in Columbus are putting together a cube event in July! I fully expect there to be some really cool cubes available and the location is next to lots of great food options. Highly recommend it, I'll be there. www.tixtree.com/e/columbus-c...

Drafted an irl copy of @matt-grenier.bsky.social Roast cube today. 3-0 with RB Vampires/Discard/Bomberman(?) Used flip Sorin for infinite extorts when looping Black Lotus with Salvagers #mtgcube

Drafted “Old School Blues” at our weekly cube night. 3-1 with RB Aggro. Actually got to do some fun morph shenanigans with Skirk and Firecat :) #mtgcube

STONE SOUP #mtgcube

I’ll be back at BCP to defend my title. Who will I see this year? #mtgcube

We had 10 last night for our weekly cube night at The Warp Gate in Columbus. We drafted one of my cubes, Simpler Times, and had to use all 450 cards to accommodate everyone 🙂 #mtgcube

We did our first stone soup draft last night! It lived up to the hype for sure. We are going to run these every few months or so. People left excited about which cards to bring for next time. #mtgcube

2025 Cube Invitational is happening! #mtgcube

Let's keep the Shoebox hype train rolling~ Here's a quick message from one of our founders, Greg! (@dinrovahorror.mtgcu.be) So, what are YOU most excited to see at Shoebox? 👀 #MTGCube

3-0’d cube night with some old school hitters #MTGCube

Attention Cube-ists! 🧊 Two-Headed Giant Juggernauts! ✌️ And Pauper... Peeps? ❤️ We are SHOEBOX, a BRAND NEW Magic event coming to St. Paul Minnesota in 2026 and we want to see YOU there! Will you be ascending the Judge's Tower? Or just drafting some crazy creative Cubes? Let us know below! 👇

We got 8 for the Columbus cube night. Drafting a pauper cube. This might be the sickest pack setup I’ve ever seen!

The final stage 3 voting poll for CubeCon went up today. I’d really love to bring the GOAT Peasant Cube this year. Out of the cubes I curate, it’s the project that has for sure taken up the most brain space. I feel that it really offers a unique experience in the Peasant cube realm. Go check it out!

Lost in the top 4 at Vertex Steel City. We drafted Limited All-Stars, which is a peasant cube. My bread and butter, but ran into a really good RW deck. Super fun event!

Just when you feel like the Pro Tour matters very little in the current Magic landscape, @death_snow shows you it can mean everything. Great moment.

I have another cube up for CubeCon voting today - Simpler Times. It’s my take on a nostalgia cube, and I think it’s pretty neat. I watched over 100 hours of old magic coverage when building this out. If you are like me and miss the old days of the SCG Tour and weekly GPs, please ship me a vote!

We drafted the GOAT Peasant Cube at the local shop tonight. Went 2-1 with UR discard + artifacts.
