Perhaps my best work to date. My cat Luumu in baby clothes

I wanted to redo this with manga that was actually important to me growing up, before I hit my twenties... 5 out of 9 was still the same lol. But I can't deny how profoundly peacemaker kurogane and qwan altered my brain chemistry. And YKK was missing bc I forgot what city it had (Yokohama)

Hi portfolio day. Here's my cat's scrumptious leg

Couple of quick studies from last week. I managed to catch a different flu right after i recovered from the previous one so no new stuff for a while. Reference @adorkastock.com & first resident evil movie lol

yesterday's quick study that i didn't really like but my friends said nice things about lol. pose referenced from old milla jovovich photoshoot

I'm pretty good at writing scenes but boy howdy do I suck at connecting them into a cohesive story... I think I'm almost there with this comic script, I just gotta overcome my embarassment to show it to my editor wife lol

Tested a new brush pen at a cafe. I feel pretty out of practice with traditional ink 😖 #art

Also i think seeing the resident evil movie sparked my synapses so that i finally figured out how to do the horror segment my comic project starts with lmaoooo

Intrigued by the new silent hill but my pc is kinda old and i dont wanna put money into upgrading it 🤔 i'll wait to hear if i can play it w potato graphics

There was a thread of people posting comic pages/panels they think about a lot and i lost the thread but tried to find some of my own examples anyway (i dont have some of these books on me)

Okay the new resident evil movie was a lot of fun and possibly the most resident evil a movie could be

TOP 2 WORST THINGS EVER 1.) being employed 2.) being unemployed

i got burnt out at work which sucks bc we finally managed to deal w all the stuff that made it so unbearable. i got some sick leave and next week we're trying to talk w management to see if i could do something else for a while. sigh. i guess i've got to do stuff that i ENJOY for now

Thinking about this exchange today

kinda cute painting from 2016 i found. it stands out bc i generally have never had the patience to paint digitally #warcraft #art

Another premium baby Luumu video taken on the day of her adoption

Precious few seconds of kitten Luumu content

Ever since she was a kitten, Luumu has guarded the stairs leading outside whenever it's raining. The first time she experienced thunder she ran to wake me and my flatmate up and checked under all the furniture for monsters. Thank you for keeping us safe!

Insane that I didn't get to draw anything on my vacation.... But at least I got to read a lot. BTW, I really liked Between Two Fires by Christopher Buehlman
