#8 Please just make it stop. Hand and feet pain is constant and it is been undertreated for years. Doctors are too scared now to prescribe the opioids that use to make it possible for me to live normally. I don’t even care about my medical conditions shortening my life. It will shorten my suffering.

The article says “One in 200 adrenal crises is fatal.” Although if “32 per cent of people with adrenal insufficiency experience a crisis each year” then the odds still seem very bleak!

In October, I’ll have been a chess coach for four years. I spent my childhood competing in chess tournaments, so it’s incredibly special watching kids discover the same excitement, challenge, creativity, and joy I felt at the board all those years ago. ♟️ #Chess #YouthChess

Years ago I taught teens how to write resumes and today I discovered my own resume was score 50% match for a job which I am overqualified by an AI job site. So I guess I need to learn how to write resumes for AI instead of employers now.
