Noncitizens don’t vote. The right wing Heritage Foundation did the most comprehensive study on it. Since 1982, something like 7 to 8 billion votes cast in elections in this country, and they found roughly 100-200 cases of noncitizens voting. Do the math. It ain’t an issue.
