Finished Blood Meridian and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Mccarthy's prose does wonders offsetting the gratuity of violence in his novel, it was probably the most enjoyable tapestry of gore I've ever read. I'm not sure if I want to jump into No Country For Old Men next, or detour to Moby Dick instead
