After a lot of work I finally have my shop back online. Already sold a few pieces. Big ups to everyone sharing and checking out my work. Not for nothing, I kind of had the yips about going live. It's hard to know if people will be interested. It's worse to know that they aren't.

“I am, somehow, less interested in the weight and convolutions of Einstein’s brain than in the near certainty that people of equal talent have lived and died in cotton fields and sweatshops.”

Doing math for money and then spending it on cats and Lego (nailed it).

NEW: In January, Florida gubernatorial hopeful James Fishback called out OnlyFans star Sophie Rain in his proposed 50% "sin tax" on OF creators, saying the money would go to funding education. Well, he lost. And Rain? Well she's spent over $100,000 supporting teachers. Our interview:

cybercrime should probably be illegal regardless of how much linear algebra was involved

Maybe if the AI people yell at me for the 5 millionth time about how I’m not using their dogshit technology that has made everyone’s lives worse I’ll finally start liking it for no conceivable reason.

How about this: Instead of hyping up the piece of shit TERF queen and her exceedingly mid books, we point kids in the direction of K.A. Applegate and her fantastic, terrifying Animorphs series?

Minnesota residents are organizing against Google's proposed hyperscale data center projects in Pine Island and Hermantown, citing secrecy through NDAs, inadequate environmental review, and issues with water use, electricity and noise pollution.

BREAKING NEWS: The Seattle City Council just passed legislation that will (eventually) ban landlords from charging pet rent. Congratulations to everyone, especially my dog Lou, seen here asking me to cover him again for the 72nd month in a row.

@rpgbot.bsky.social Any chance you'll do a write-up of 3rd party stuff published on DnD Beyond? The recent Valda’s Spire of Secrets: Player Pack 2 has some feats and blade cantrips that I'm not sure I have the math correct on.

Marathon Steve is at my house. I just showed him that you can turn the PS2 emblem sideways if you're standing your console upright. He vomited all over his shirt and then handed me one hundred dollars. I think I'm going to have him try a frozen reese's cup next.

"Marathon is too complicated" "extraction shooters aren't fun" "what about the player count" I give you: Marathon Steve www.reddit.com/r/Marathon/c...

something I think that speaks to the talent of Taliesin Jaffe is that if you put all his ttrpg characters in a room together and checked on them after an hour, they would all be dead.

Is anyone even remotely caught up in critical role? All my IRL friends are like 6 months behind 😭

Smashed three car windows already to save dogs from the heat. Haven’t found any yet but I’m not giving up.

Got my account back but still have to delete thousands of hacked posts.

personal work is oxygen to the artist. it's non negotiable. like exercising or going on walks a few times a week is a basic necessity to humans. if you forgo the bare minimum for too long, you will crash & burn so pick up the pencil today, now even, and draw something just for you.

this creature just had an appointment that ended up costing nearly a grand, so today would be a great day to pick up my dive bar bathrooms zine or my novella if you’re interested in either of those (she’s fine!) merrittk.itch.io

Not really an artist, but

How the fuck do I play Ye Shunguang????

@bsky.app you're telling me that hundreds of ignorant bigots can barbarically cheer for the death of innocent people, with no punishment, but @ndasfw get's suspended for calling out on them and their tyrannical leaders nonsense? Where's the justice in that?? This is so idiotic. Stop suspending him.
