I know this won't be seen by many, but the following needs to happen. The "deal" to fund DHS needs to require that 100% of the ICE/BP funding in the BBB needs to be clawed back and put in a fund to pay 100% of Ice Victims medical/psychology bills & replaced/repair all personal property.
