Humans are lazy. We optimise and streamline everything we can. This is an amazing drive which has powered innovation from pointy sticks to atomic energy. I’m really worried by the early research we’re seeing implying that this dependency build with AI is very real. Another reason to avoid it.

Whoa. Reading accounts from people who started off using AI to help with a few things but have reached the point where they literally feel like they can't write or respond to *anything* without it now, and it's a problem, and... wow. Part of me hopes it's exaggerated, the other part knows it's not.
