While I plan a wedding, I love how businesses love to make me seem unhinged for having the nerve to question charges on a quote and alter things to reduce costs. Yall aren’t about to run me or Fran for our pennies. This industry is at least 50% them trying to rake people over the financial coals.

Managers, respect your employee’s time like you’d want them to respect yours. I consistently hear stories of managers who consistently cancel 1:1s or consistency show up significantly late (10-20 minutes late to a 30 minute meeting). Respect flows both ways.
