FFS. He has obviously never toured it. Besides the obvious “this is a dumb idea” take, $152m wouldn’t even begin to be enough. It also doesn’t consider the ongoing costs. Then again, he never does.

And part of the recently installed closet organizer has failed. The original lasted 30 years. The replacement clips are failing in less than a year. Didn’t really want a new project.

Managed to walk the length of the house and back in my new walking boot and crutches. I feel so free! Thinking that I will be ready for Europe by June.

My new passport has arrived! I am extremely happy about this. I’m also happy that the picture looks far less like a mugshot than the previous one. I am unhappy that my husband’s passport status is unknown. I may just have to leave him home when I go to Europe this summer.

ST TNG S5 E5 - in this one Picard breaks his ankle and has to console scared children. Given my recent ankle break, this episode hits very differently. I was wincing with him as he climbed the turbo lift ladder. Ouch!

We took behind the wheel in the summer driving a GIGANTIC school station wagon. When we got on the highway the first time, I got briskly up to and then over speed (55 was a thing). The teacher leaned over to see how fast we were going and said, “yeah, you’ve done this before.”

My taste buds/sensory spectrum say D. My biology says G. I have never liked cherries (except for fresh Rainiers or real Luxardo cocktail cherries). I adore Almond clusters, but alas, my body does not believe that almonds are food.

#4 The Black Wolf Dammit! I wanted to escape and I get a plot that should be bonkers, but seems like current events. And I couldn’t put it down.

Who just saved >$1300 today? Why, yes, it’s me! Dealership wanted $1500 to replace my radio because the touchscreen failed. Ordered a new screen plate on eBay and replaced it myself. Ha! And, yes, it works.
