Crockett: The speaker, he loves to run when things get tough. That's not leadership. That's cowardice. And so that is what he's decided to do—we are supposed to be in till Friday. He has decided that our last day is going to be tomorrow…

AOC: "It is unconscionable that what we are debating right now is legislation that will give 8 senators over $1 million a piece & we're robbing people of their food assistance & healthcare to pay for it. How can we vote to enrich ourselves by stealing from the American people?"

Raskin: "The DOJ hasn't released any of these emails that mention Trump's name & identify his role in all these activities. Those came from the Epstein estate. So this is a demonstration the govt is deliberately withholding the info everybody is actually looking for & could be damaging to Trump"

Private planes make up nearly 12% of all flights. And yet even with major air traffic control safety concerns, the DOT is planning to exclude them from its plan to order 10% cut in flights at 40 major U.S. airports. People who can afford to charter flights will be fine. Everyone else is screwed.

The government is officially shut down. Make no mistake: Republicans control the House, the Senate, and the White House. This is THEIR shutdown. They had every tool to govern and chose chaos instead. The American people are the ones paying the price.

AOC: I think there's two things that are happening at once: One, there absolutely is an unprecedented abuse of power, destruction of norms, erosion of our government and our democracy in order to prop up an authoritarian style of governance However, they are weaker than they look…

I can’t believe I’m watching interviews of city mayors talking about how they are coordinating with other mayors to discuss how to protect their residents FROM THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES I know we are “used to it” but it is absolutely insane

This is dictator trump getting his troops ready to move against American as he told his generals “We should use some of these dangerous cities as training grounds for our military,” the president of the United States said.

CEO pay is up 1,094% since 1978, while worker pay is up just 26%. Why do we always hear "we can't afford to pay our workers more" but never "we can't afford to pay our CEO more"?

Critical part of the President's new $100,000 charge for H1-B visas: The Administration can also offer a $100,000 discount to any person, company, or industry that it wants. Replacing rules with arbitrary discretion. Want visas? You know who to call and who to flatter.

If Tom Homan did nothing wrong, the Department of Justice should have no issue releasing the Homan files and the video of the alleged bribery to clear this up. And while they’re at it, go ahead and release the Epstein files and clear Trump’s name. Shouldn’t be hard!

Dr. Susan Monarez: “I could have stayed silent, agreed to the demands, and no one would have known. What the public would have seen were scientists dismissed without cause and vaccine protections quietly eroded…I would have lost the one thing that cannot be replaced: My integrity.”

Monarez: "Kennedy demanded 2 things of me that were were inconsistent w/ my oath of office. He directed me to commit in advance to approving every ACIP recommendation regardless of the scientific evidence. He also directed me to dismiss career officials responsible for vaccine policy without cause"

This is straight up nazi talk. This man is advocating murder of innocent people. Full stop. While MSNBC fires a commentator for speaking the uncomfortable truth, how does Kilmeade still have a job? People should be in the streets over this comment.

Apology Not Accepted: Brian Kilmeade Should Be Fired For Suggesting Euthanizing The Homeless Brian Kilmeade tried to walk back his Nazi-like comment that the homeless should be euthanized, but if people can get fired for speaking truth about Charlie Kirk, Kilmeade should be booted from Fox.

This abhorrent comment from Brian Kilmeade really fell by the wayside because it happened just hours before Charlie Kirk was shot and killed. But it still says something that a top Fox News host can now just call for the extermination of mentally ill homeless people, and it barely makes a ripple.

Brian Kilmeade endorses euthanizing homeless people: "Involuntary lethal injection, or something. Just kill them."
