First novel finished that deserves a celebration! The next step can feel overwhelming, especially when you're not sure who to trust with your story. What's the biggest question you have about the editing process? #DebutAuthor #EditingServices #AmWriting #WriteSky

Any advice from someone w #Substack experience abt best way to post an 11k word essay? It's broken down in two parts, is there some way to link posts so they can be read consecutively without an intimidating word count? Thx! #WritingCommunity #Writing #AmWriting #NonFiction #MeinKvetch

I dig the likes, but does anyone have an answer for me? I have an 11k word #Substack piece on the #StairwayToHeaven trial. I dont want to lose readers bc of its length. Do any Substack users know the most efficient way to do this? Links connecting Part 1 n Part 2? Posting consecutive days?

Does anyone here write #non-fiction? I see tons of fiction supported here, but not enough #nonfiction. And by NF I mean writing that isn't just making shit up.* 😅 Ive searched for a NF feed and found nothing. Worth anyones time to start one? Worth mine? * Its a joke, I say its a joke, son.

We just won our trial against Live Nation and Ticketmaster.   A jury ruled in our favor and is holding the companies responsible for their illegal monopoly that cost consumers millions of dollars.   This is a landmark victory to protect New Yorkers from harmful monopolies.

Im quite chuffed to say Im going to hear the #RingCycle at #CarnegieHall in March 2027. I could only afford a balcony seat, and if youve ever been to CH you know thats like sitting on the edge of a steep mountain, whichll be oddly appropriate. Still, itll be fn brilliant. #Vertigo #RichardWagner

I've been learning this whole Substack thing for the past month or so, and it's not as horrible as I imagined, although it'll still require lots of promotion and marketing myself, which I hate. It's a free read for all, but in a few weeks I'll put my mohl hat on and start taking tips. #MeinKvetch
