We have a culture where no one wants to work for “the man”. Well if you become “the man”, someone has to work for you, right? Everyone wants to be their own boss, work as little as possible. Thats ok if you can make it work. But there is zero wrong with working a 9-5. It can provide a steady check.

i have done this since i’ve been in my apartment a couple of times and i did it when i lived alone in a house. Of course once you realize it you panic and think of what could have happened but then you think “and nothing happened”. Luckily it wasn’t a night someone randomly turned door knobs.
