#LetterboxdFriday #LastFourWatched Been watching or rewatching some horror films for the first time. Got 4 entries deep into Friday the 13th and I'm good for now. It Follows, is a bit longer than it needs to be but a good concept for a horror movie. Jason Bourne, aka the weakest Bourne (movie).

Astonishing. RFK Jr. adds 8 members to a 6 member FDA advisory panel. 6 of them were sellers of peptides, and the 7th a compounding pharmacist. In an 8-6 vote with all 8 votes coming from these new panel members, the panel approved 4 peptides against the objections of FDA scientists.

The exact same election rules are now in place when Republicans won the presidency, house and senate in 2024. But now suddenly Republicans are unable to win another election without the SAVE Act because everyone has been cheating. Makes sense.

Letterboxd friends on blue sky, are you having issues with the recent activity when you log items in 2026? I've been having issues. Just watched and reviewed Aladdin and it's not showing in Recent Activity and Recent Reviews on the main page, but is when I click in. cc: @letterboxd.social

Oz: We thought it was 125 million pounds. Our estimate is Americans will lose 135 billion pounds by the midterms

#LetterboxdFriday #LastFourWatched New watches in Winchester '73 and Possession (needs a rewatch, it's f'in wild). Halloween II and Desperate were better than I remembered them being. Also watched Kwaidan, Night of the Living Dead, Mildred Pierce and Inside Llewyn Davis. Fun week. Happy Friday.

#LetterboxdFriday #LastFourWatched Getting together at a Friendsgiving this weekend (Pretty early I know) and so I've really been putting in the work this week. Also I got to see Rope in theaters and it ruled chum. Finally got a 4K player, now I need a better TV.

#LastFourWatched #LetterboxdFriday #Letterboxd If anyone has any watched The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari on BluRay or 4K lemme know how it compares to the rough version I watched on Plex. The Sting still rules. Got to go to theater for OBAA. Carpenter on CriterionChannel!

#LastFourWatched #LetterboxdFriday #Letterbox Last weeks stuff, more than four. If you have not watched Victim yet, go in blind and watch it. I follow 73 people on Letterboxd and only one person I follow has logged it.

But to this point, I remember not enjoying Spirited Away the first time I watched it, to having a ton of fun with it the second time. Different genre of course, but also animation and I watched Dubs first time and Subs second time.

Criterion — founded in 1984 — is courting a "new audience of cinephiles” via streaming. And it’s working. Criterion Channel “has grown steadily” — and created a "low-churn subscriber base” that has "eclipsed the company’s physical media business”. www.fastcompany.com/91349048/how... #FilmSky
