So, the Scottish Government rolls out its manifesto promise yet the BBC Scotland propaganda machine couldn’t help themselves… I can almost see the subeditor salivating as he/she wrote this headline.

The English Government won’t allow Scotland to determine its own future as an equal partner in a “voluntary” union, but states this this with regard to the Falkland Islands. “The government reiterated this week that Falkland islanders "are British with a right to determine their own future".”

A message for the quisling BBC Scotland, artists in both propaganda by omission and by exception.

Today I met members of Edinburgh’s Muslim community and heard directly from those affected by the appalling attacks. No one in Scotland should ever fear being targeted because of who they are. My government will always stand against those who seek to divide us.

The scenes we saw in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Ayr last night are unacceptable. Scotland is a welcoming nation and those who choose to make their lives here are valued members of our communities. Racism, hatred and intimidation have no place in Scotland. We must stand against it.
