There was a weekend in September 2019 when I saw MAD WORLD at the Museum for the Moving Image on Saturday and then LAWRENCE OF ARABIA on Sunday. Almost eight hours of cinematic perfection. Not sure I'll ever top it.

A terrific TV spot for IT'S A MAD, MAD, MAD, MAD WORLD (1963)

More of this horror, from the once amazing Gardeners Arms in Loughton (my dad drank there in the 60s, amazing views over east London). This is indeed a “secret supper”, but perhaps not quite how they intended

Not a remake but Disney should have gone forward with an Indiana Jones series of animated movies so Ford could keep playing the role as long as he wants.

Name a live action film that deserves an animated remake

It's painfully obvious that a lot of people think SNL is on every single week, 52 weeks a year. The fact that that is the default response to news explains why the show is still on, good or bad, after 52 years. "SNL has gone beyond good or bad. It's a restaurant in a good location."--Jon Lovitz

I really want the George one to end with him waiting for Bob Dylan at his house in Malibu to tell him about the Wilburys Initiative.

New clip for Paul Rudd to prank Conan with for the next twenty years.

I was sent this clip from the ending of Ben Affleck’s Netflix movie ANIMALS, a scene that likely has been partially created by AI, and I’m watching it over and over again while laughing my ass off this morning.

I’ve started a ROCKFORD FILES rewatch. I’ve always loved James Garner, the kind of guy who is always fun to watch and if I had ever met him, I’d hope he thought I was cool.

MASH was full of historical inaccuracies, but Radar having an issue of THE AVENGERS a full fifteen years too early really set off my Comic Book Guy tendencies.

Someone pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeease tell me this was filmed.

This was pretty damn great, I gotta say. A bunch of new original bits, a lot of musical performances, basically everyone came back and was thrilled to be there
