Also I have never used Splice for samples and never will. Not for morality reasons, and I don't feel superior in any way for not using it, I definitely recognize its convenience, but I just like the act of organically hunting for samples too much lol. I already have too much to choose from as it is

Haven't used Spitfire LABS in a while, opened it, noticed I couldn't log in, looked it up, saw that it's now part of some Splice thing. No thanks. Not dealing with that. Guess I'll be using Pianobook sample libraries even more lol

They already ruined Spitfire LABS when they made the UI look like it was designed by someone who failed graphic design school and introduced a subscription model to the VST whose whole gimmick was that it's SUPPOSED TO BE FREE but breaking all my projects that use the plugin is the last straw

Here's Gabriel sitting on the wardrobe and lovingly gazing at me. (I don't have those Venetian blinds anymore. I made floral black curtains for that window.) #Caturday #blackcats #blackcat #CatsofBluesky #CatSky
