Some Lula supporters apparently shouted his name out their window when it was announced he won and a cop pointed his gun at him and they took what is possibly the greatest image of a cop ever taken, like genuinely this would go hard as a cover for a Rage album its so poetic.

Tryin to figure out how to get the managers at work to understand saying "efficiency" instead of "speed" doesnt allow them to skirt around my disability accommodation that says I don't have to keep up with the speed they want us to go due to my bad knee.

"It wasnt the mutt hating me that was the issue. It wasnt it chewing its way out of its cage to attack me. Hell, I held it together when it sprinted clean out of the fire to keep chasing me. Its that it kept barking my old deviantart handle that made me break down and panic."

AJ's crosshatch technique and ability to convey fire and motion through it has led us to select him to produce much of the pinup art in W:tE. We're all privileged to have this underrated artist on our team.

Based in Washington state, AJ Drake (he/him) is a freelance digital and traditional artist. Best known for his hatchwork and attention to detail, his subjects range from animals and history to horror. He uses his art as both escapism and a way to explore emotions that can't be put into words.

Worked closing with a coworker who immigrated from Russia with her daughter and when I told her I have Lithuanian ancestry it turned into her telling me how she grew up in the USSR under socialism. It honestly was an interesting discussion, getting that perspective.

She didn't seem to understand how racism, sexism, transphobia, and homophobia effect things here, and I was struggling to come up with a way to describe it. To her, the worst thing seemed to be not being able to be an individual, or not being able to do things based on your economic class.

She mentioned how bad it was in the USSR, and she's worried that kind of goverment will take hold here. I honestly didn't know what to tell her. Like, I had an idea how bad it was from reading Lithuanian history, but having not lived through it, there wasn't much I could say.

Researchers in #ScienceAdvances have demonstrated that brief physical contact between healthy and bleached coral can restore algae to the bleached coral, leading to their full recovery. https://scim.ag/4ilLAZq

Currently the subreddit is trying to get the OP of a post asking about a (probable) AI order issue to understand their management should not be telling them to stay past their scheduled shift end to do someone else's job.
