imo the wildest sleeper builds strengthwise are 1: climbers 2: pole dancers 3: mfers who do calisthenics tricks at the park's pullup bar all day i will forever feel absolutely mogged by calisthenics athletes and that is totally acceptable

LH grip strength <=150lbs, closes on a good day RH is 150+, can rep it on a good day still not as good as when grip was like my main focus, but decent for doing mostly AW lifts and silly lifts. i think I'll start seeing better results across the board tho if i can just fix my sleep x_x
