Thereโ€™s so much I can say and so little space (actually itโ€™s all space) I think Bioware is the example of what games of choice should be. There were so many times in my life this crew felt like the only friends I had. If you love sci fi, play Mass Effect. Their inclusion made them national news.

Bioware made characters you felt like were so real you could call them up and talk to them. Despite EA digging their claws in for 3, this series is still a sci fi masterclass. Dragon Age Origins is a fantasy masterclass but is harder to play. ME:LE is the best way to play Mass Effect tho

I don't think $30k is a life-changing amount of money. Median American born in 1980 will have $2m in income in their lifetime. It's a 1% increase in earnings.

i remember when my partner and i hit one year together 3 years ago, i felt the whole world was in front of us. we were doing well financially and got to go out often, see friends, go to cons, see family. now it feels like thereโ€™s no point in trying anymore. the world is just hostile and expensive

been w my partner and primary caregiver for abt 4 years now and it still feels strange to have someone so up close to my depressive episodes before i would just mask and isolate myself until i shrugged it off and now i have someone making sure im cared for,,, im still not used to that

weirdest hate crime ever just happened to me i was standing on the side of the road in my best boy outfit with my brand new haircut and got a full water bottle thrown full force into my chest from like 4 feet away from me i have no idea who did it either it was so shocking i didnโ€™t process it

the trans person i went on my gender discovery journey with used my best friendโ€™s money and resources (another trans person) to flee to california. i had to hear from that person that my friend never planned on seeing me again. bc i live here. and i canโ€™t afford to leave. how is that being an ally?
