This Supreme Court is able to suck up to Trump and wants to suck up to Trump. We should remember that suing Trump is being an enabler of the worst SCOTUS of all time.

feels like "can the president unilaterally demolish the white house and build whatever he wants in its place" is a "major question" given the cultural and political significance of the building but, again, the president *is* a special birthday boy
