The one thing Twitter had over Bsky, was the FYP discovery algorithm. I may be a sicko, but I do love an algorithm that shows you stuff you might like. And the one over the Twitter side, worked delightfully. It was predictable, aggressive, found genuinely interesting stuff, and it worked.

For the longest time, "listing all my EDH decks" was just an annoyingly time consuming task, so I never did it, unless I really had to. But recently, I found that theres all kinds of scanners that can speed up the process, so this past week, I've finally updated and listed all my decks online!

I genuinely do not understand who Reddit is for. Any time you try to ask a question there about some hobby you have, either the subreddit automods it, you get like 1-2 worlds least unhelpful comments, or someone else has asked the question 9 years ago, and the info is outdated.

I'm on some bullshit here, Blood Celebrant + K'rrik, you are already just exchanging mana cost to life, no matter the color. But instead of paying life, you could just burn your deck? Lab Maniac, Thassa, or Jace are the obvious finishers to this, but what else could you do?

I rag on the MTG Universes Beyond stuff a lot, but my hottest of hot takes is that MTG should do a PROPER Transformers Universes Beyond set. They dipped their toes for a little bit, they gotta go all in. There's so much juice to squeeze there.

Legitimately confused how Youtube as a platform has gotten as shit as it is now. Like the algorithm is completely broken. You think the "not interested" and "don't recommend this channel to be" buttons would do something, but no. The mind boggles.

Been slowly getting back to MTG after a long absence, yet to find a new group to play with, but I started deckbuilding again, by exploring the 4 color combos. And the whole "the identity of 4 color combos is the absence of 1 color" is kind of fun to explore. Up to a point.

Yidris is a fun commander, who doesn't love a bit of cascade. But that doesn't really feel "heelish". That is chaotic, but I feel like building a Cascade deck already is too much "order", because you need to think about the potential cascade lines you might hit, and build around that.

So the very act of "trying to build a good cascade deck", is building order to a deck that should not have any order. You hit a 5 mana cascade into 4, 3 and the only things at 2 or below are fetch, that fetches a storm spell and then you hit a 5 storm count thing into more cascade. idk man...

RUBW, no green, so no life? Idk, I had already built a Transformers deck around Breya when the Transformers cards dropped, so I already had this one locked in. But Green is already not as focused of an identity as red or black. Is it life? Is it growth?

And then the final one, the one that has been a pain in the ass for the longest time, RUBG, no white, so no order. A chaos deck. I guess you just throw Possibility Storm and the like in a deck and call it a day, but this should be the opposite of RUGW. The heel colors.

RWGU, no black, so no corruption. WOTC has clearly tried to make this into the "face colors", it's the good guy decks. So I subverted the expectations, built the "pain Aragorn", every spell is red, so every time I cast something, Aragorn burns an opp.

And then, we get "to the point". RBGW, no blue, so uhh, no thinking? Pure aggression? You could build something with that I'm sure, but I found an interesting build around artifact tokens, so I went with that. Just token spam, I guess I did the "no thinking" by not having any fetch.

BUWG, no red, so no aggression. That is fun to build around, because I get to build a deck that tries to build "the perfect board state", not even considering attacking at any point. Removal just enough to make sure you can keep building. Just enough protection to make sure you can keep building.

One of my favorite things in wrestling is how any time the wrestlers are outside the ring taking bumps, the commentators all have to point out how dogshit the padding on the outside is. "See these mats? They do nothing. They are absolute garbage. Fucking useless, just for show really."

Cause I'm stuck with a 15 year old laptop and unable to multitask while watching a PPV as I usually would, I'm gonna do some live skeeting of Worlds End! Starting with the preshow, I wouldn't mind seeing more Maya World in 2026. She's kinda brilliant!

Oh, so that's why the "MJF finds his sea-legs" was the story! Because he sure found em! I've counted 3 fucks this PPV, so the swear jar is nice and full.

Yeah that was a fantastic PPV. Something for everyone, and all of it was solid.

This 4 way is delivering the "next gear" i was wanting from Mox and Okada to hit. Now, I'm expecting this one is going to get even crazier, 4 way usually means *some* plunder.

I really like how a part of this match is "MJF tries to find his sea-legs after being away from the ring for so long". It's a really refreshing story to tell. He gets some fun offensive flurries, he gets to do his comedy bits, great stuff. Add to that some very PWG-esque multi-man spots...

Mox working face at these two last matches of the CC has been real wild, after he was the MegaHitler of AEW for most of the year. Still kind waiting for this match to hit the next gear.

Honestly, did not expect Mox to take this, the story seemed to be barreling towards "the Deathriders are going to slime Mox", but no. Mox got the W. He got out of the slump! And he cut a big face promo afterwards? Where is he going next?

Mixed nuts had some really fun spots, and I really like AEW dipping it's toes in mixed matches.

Stat and Hayter are excellent together. Both hit hard, both do powermoves, just a walloping. This PPV has been one of the most hardest hitting I've seen this year.

Darby posting little art movies before his entrances is neat. This one had the art student classic of a time lapse of a dead animal. This match could have used more of a build than just what, 2 days?

Might not have had a lot of build, but Darby does not disappoint. Both lads gave it A LOT. And I feel like this feud will continue.

I had 0 expectations for this tag streetfight, and boy, this has been a lot of fun. Stoke took one hell of a table bump, and the table not breaking really made it even better.

Harley Cameron has improved SO MUCH in a short time. She so good for wrestling. Just an incredibly fun and talented performer.

Jesus Christ Fletcher, that top rope suplex he took on his head was INSANE. Fletch, go a BIT easier, you are already the future ACE, you just gotta get there. These two are going like it's the main event, and one of them still has a match left. This PPV is unreal.

Brilliant storytelling, Okada stole Fletchers screwdriver. And damn, Mox gets a win with a chokeout. Mox entering the finals with a wrecked ankle, so he has to fight from under, interesting.

HOT opener. Okada having to cheat to win really sets up Takeshita for a great face run in 2026. This PPV is looking to be a belter in terms of in ring work.

Fletchers offense is always super crisp. And Moxley is just one of the best ever to do it. What a delight to watch these two have a match.

Luchas vs RPG Splice was surprisingly solid. 4 people who have not really wrestled as tag teams previously, came together real well. Neat tag moves, tight action, everyone looked good.

Last preshow match was imo the weakest. Taking out the big dinosaur was a good story, but other than that the match was kinda nothing. Ricochet is still doing some of his best work, give him a better storyline.

I'm not usually a big fan of Eddies selling, he lays down a bit too much for my tastes, but he took that lungblower as good as anyone could take it. Looked incredible.

Ortiz returns having been "out with an injury", lmao. Wasn't he the TNA champ for a bit? Or was that Santana?

It's always great seeing Eddie, but get him in a program, he is at his best fighting against someone he has a story going, not some randos.
