I know there's a lot going on but I feel it should probably be more of an above-the-fold story that members of Congress released a thoroughly documented report directly accusing the president of the United States of being a serial rapist.

The GOP isn't "just" a white christian supremacist movement. It's also a white MALE supremacist movement. They used to code their "women in their place" bigotry with "family/traditional values"; now it's out in the open. After all, conservatism seeks to *conserve* tradition. It's in the name.

It's really damning. The accusations are numerous and well-supported. But I was really struck by the descriptions of Trump's behavior -- the name dropping, strong-arming, and attempts to buy off silence. His gross rivalry with Epstein. It's all so familiar. It's shit he's been doing his entire life.
