Cortisone shots in both knees yesterday. Some pain relief that I hope gets better. Last time I had relief for about 6 weeks, but they will only do this every 3 months. They got a lot more fluid out of both knees than they did in July which makes me wonder if that’s getting worse.

I’m personally thankful I have no children and that the vast majority of my life is behind me, because the future is rather bleak. I’m sad for others though.
